What happens after you send this
A person reads it, usually the same day and always within one business day. Messages arriving over a weekend are answered on Monday. There is no ticket queue and no first-line script, because the company is small enough that the people building PawsFree are the people replying.
What to put in the message
Three things make the first reply useful rather than a request for more detail.
- The practice software you run. PawsFree writes into ezyVet and Shepherd directly, and overlays desktop systems like Cornerstone and AVImark. Which one you are on decides most of the answer.
- What you are trying to do. Starting a trial, moving a team across, matching a template to how you already write, or checking something before you commit.
- How many vets and technicians. Single-doctor practices and twelve-doctor groups get different answers about templates and shared preferences.
Things you can answer without waiting
Some of the most common questions are already written down, and reading them is faster than a reply.
- The FAQ covers whether you have to leave your practice software, what a visit looks like end to end, how the note learns the way you write, where the labs and history in a draft come from, who in the practice can see a note, and what happens to the recordings.
- Pricing has the per-vet figure and what the trial includes. The trial runs 14 days and takes no card.
- The privacy policy covers data handling and retention. For a specific question about how a record is stored or deleted, write to us and say so in the subject line.
- The conference calendar and the state CE requirements are reference pages we keep current, and they are free to use whether or not you ever try PawsFree.
